Checks must be made payable to Those Remodeling Guys LLC and mailed to Online Orders; Those Remodeling Guys; 3679 Concord Rd. York, PA 17402. Make sure to include your order confirmation number on your check. If payment is not received within 10 days, the order will not be shipped and item(s) will be relisted. Personal checks must clear before the item is shipped, so please allow up to 14 days for confirmation that your check has cleared. For faster processing, pay with Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, or American Express.
Shipping Most orders are shipped via UPS with delivery confirmation. Large orders may be sent by common carrier. Carrier and Tracking Information will be sent to you by e-mail. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
Returns All returns must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Form. To obtain a Return Authorization Form you must email orders@thoseremodelingguys.com with the part number and your reason for returning the item(s). All packages are to be fully insured. Any returns sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within thirty days of the delivery confirmation date. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
